What you’ll do:
The HR Business Partner will provide a full range of human resources services across multiple facilities. The person in this role must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and working knowledge of all key human resources disciplines including employee relations, learning and development, employment law, compensation, employee benefits and recruitment and staffing. This position will provide professional human resources support for the site leadership teams. This position will work out of our Reno, Nevada but will be expected to travel to other facilities.
