We are hiring a District Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is Humble, Hungry and Smart that also embraces our company’s core values: customer centric, high integrity, accountability, collaboration and adaptability.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a team of 7-10 sales reps
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the talent of their sales representatives to achieve planned case growth and gross profit growth within the district
  • Assist reps in onboarding new customers
  • Convey and implement policies, procedures, promotions, and strategies
  • Manage the performance and development of direct sales representatives within the district
  • Effectively lead and facilitate monthly district meetings that educate, motivate, and ultimately produce key behavior changes to drives sales
  • Introduce mobile ordering to customers and train them to maximize its benefits
  • Support and promote all campaign and promotions
  • Precisely manage and engage critical/developing customer accounts and ensure proper management of all other accounts in the district
  • Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business
  • Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits and customer events
  • Additional sales management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Account Receivable (AR) management and operational issues

What you will need to be successful: 

  • 5+ years sales leadership experience preferably in the foodservice industry
  • Experience working with Google Office and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, and coach sales teams
  • Superb organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives autonomously
