Title: Civil Engineer  

Client: Redland 

Location: Littleton, CO (in-person, on-site)

What you’ll need –  

Redland is seeking full-time Civil Engineers with 2-6 years of experience. Candidates should have a personable and friendly attitude, be proactive, have excellent project delivery skills, and enjoy interacting, supporting, and serving clients and other team members. Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering  
  • Earned or working toward an E.I.T. or P.E. License in the State of Colorado 
  • Land development engineering experience and skills; large and small-scale grading, drainage and utility design; roadway design 
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills which enable effective and professional interaction  
  • Experience researching zoning, development standards, development review processes, compliance matters, regulations, and standards 
  • Ability to write reports, prepare narratives, prepare development applications, prepare submittal documents, and response letters 
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate on multiple projects 
  • Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to other associates 
  • Responsible for quality control review 
  • Be comfortable attending client meetings 
  • Accomplished at AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Word, MS Excel
