Our sales team is currently hiring Inside Sales Specialists to accommodate our rapid growth!  We are based in St. Peters, MO.

What will you be doing? 

You’ll be assisting Field Technicians in selling equipment to residential customers who are in need of replacement furnaces or A/C units. The Field Tech goes onsite to repair the customer’s HVAC systems; if they determine it can’t be repaired and should be replaced, then the Field Tech will call you, and together you’ll present a plan and appropriate solutions to the customer. You’ll educate the customer on their options and help them make the decision that’s best for them. 

• Take 16-20 calls/day from the Field Technicians 

• Learn from Field Tech about each customer’s situation and HVAC needs 
• Present solutions to the customer – primarily, their options for replacement HVAC equipment – and educate them on their options 
• Close sales and achieve your quota (which is approx. $200k in sales per month, representing a 15-20% close rate) 

What are we looking for? 

• Drive to WIN – track record of over-achieving goals 
• Proven sales experience – preferably in a residential setting (home improvement or related) 
• Ability to succeed in a SHORT sales cycle (our sales cycle is anywhere from 1 hour to 1 day, on average) 
• Ability to be empathetic and understanding, yet persuasive  
• A warm, enthusiastic, and empathetic communication style 

Here’s what we offer: 

• $80K-150K/year, dependent on experience, plus bonus and benefits! 

• Pay structure averages $80-150K/year after bonus payout based on quotas achieved
