Client: Electric Equipment & Engineering Co. (EEE)

Position: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: $80 - $120k, DOE

We’re hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join the EEE team and help us propel our growth. We provide engineering, design and manufacturing for industrial applications, health care facilities and the telecom industries.

What you’ll be doing –

• Fully own assigned projects from complete design through handoff to our manufacturing team that includes machine part programming. Part programming processes for sheet metal punch presses; press brakes and water jet cutting applications are integral to the assigned project.
• Design parts for our manufacturing team to produce lathe parts.
• Plan and write EDPs; review all technical specs provided by customer to lead technical decisions, oversee and run analyses, select components and program production machinery
• Uphold our environment of continuous learning – Learn from our senior-most engineers, and provide guidance and mentorship to our more junior team members

What you’ll need to succeed –

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and one to 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• High level of familiarity and comfort using SolidWorks
• Familiarity with C++ programming is desired for better SolidWorks integration.
• Ability to work onsite in our Denver office, with potential for up to 10% travel to customer sites
