Job Title: Vice President of Marketing & Sales

We have successfully worked virtually as a company from several states, for many years, and long before “remote” became a trend. We meet in person about ten times per year. Although our priority is finding the right person to fill this role, we’d prefer that you live within easy travel distance to Denver where we’re centered.

Our Vice President of Marketing & Sales will lead both marketing and sales - because marketing sets the table for sales. The VP is a key member of our executive leadership team, reporting directly to our CEO, Kathleen Quinn Votaw (who is a driver and visionary with a commitment to having fun on the road). In this role you will have responsibility for and authority over marketing and sales execution to secure new and retain existing customers. Bottom line is that you will GROW REVENUE / Gross Margin and Profitability while inspiring and leading others. We will ask you for proof of your excellent performance in a similar role and for exceptional references, preferably in the recruiting industry.
Pay Range: Anticipated total compensation of $100k+, including base salary, bonuses, plus commission. Other benefits include:
