Client Consultant: 

The Client Consultant contributes as an expert advisor assisting retail customers in selecting the appropriate appliance products that will achieve their project and durability objectives. This position is a fast-paced, full-time position and will be working day to day with business partners and end-users.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Effectively and efficiently provide an educational consultation of our luxury brands for our clients
• Enhance customer experience by appropriately identifying their needs followed by educating on high end appliance solutions
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales team to provide feedback on trends, consumer insights and showroom needs
• Responsible for upholding showroom and customer standards at a high level to make impression of showroom modern and desirable
• Support the Showroom Manager to coordinate, conduct and complete successful events

Qualifications: 

• Must have experience in high-end restaurant, hotel or hospitality, education, or luxury retail industry
• Prior experience in consultative sales of premier retail products is desirable
• Ability to grasp and understand technical specifications of product, troubleshoot and fix problems as they arise
• Must be available to work on Saturdays and some evenings for events, and able to work occasionally in our Boston Seaport showroom
