In addition, we are a licensed as a waterproofing contractor by the City and County of Denver.


    We are looking for a mid-level position responsible for the majority of the physical labor performed on any given jobsite, while learning to lead projects in the construction industry.  

    Essential Job Functions:



    • Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn all aspects of thermal/moisture protection
    • Quality control of work performed
    • Be proficient in the use of company tools
    • Operate all Company equipment
    • Clean and maintain integrity of Company tools and equipment
    • Load and unload trucks
    • Perform housekeeping duties around the jobsite and Company premises
    • Stage materials on jobsite
    • Understand and demonstrate safe work practices
    • Capable of working at heights
    • Complete detailed Daily Work Report
    • Demonstrate NPW’s core values of Safety, Integrity and Exceptional Service

    Must be able to:

    • Lift and carry up to 100 pounds
    • Lift and carry 50 pounds throughout the work day
    • Withstand high impact and high vibration repetitive motion
    • Travel throughout Metro Denver, occasionally out of town and/or out of state and overnight
    • Sit, stand, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
    • Withstand repetitive motion
    • Withstand long hours

    • Maintain vehicle compliance, cleanliness and routine maintenance
    • Possess a current and valid driver’s license and insurance
    • Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record
    • Drive Company vehicles to and from jobsites, occasionally towing and backing up trailers
    • Complete all Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections of vehicle and any trailer being towed
    • Complete Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR)
    • Be familiar and comply with FMCSA and DOT laws and regulations
    • Be able to read and fluently speak English per FMCSR (all commercial drivers) 


    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
    • 1-2 years of construction industry experience with similar scopes
    • OSHA 10 Hour
    • First Aid and CPR Certified
    • Aerial training, powder actuated tool training, suspended scaffold training and fall protection training preferred
