    Day-To-Day: 

    As the CHM Program Lead you will be responsible for developing plans and driving the execution of field centric activities which are required to successfully operationalize the CHM program. This will be accomplished by leveraging DCP Operations, corporate functions, and contract support to execute field assessments and projects focused on gathering and improving data. 

     

    What You Will Be Responsible For: 

     

    • Drive transformation through field implementation of the CHM program
    • Coordinating the completion of Field Gap Assessments to determine instrumentation gaps needed to implement full engine and compressor predictive analytics
    • Planning and coordinating the execution of projects to fill required instrumentation gaps
    • Developing Costs estimates for projects and making recommendations to leadership
    • Tracking and managing timeline and costs for all projects
    • Coordinating execution of projects with Operations
    • Coordinating with Windrock on all Spotlight program needs
    • Providing input on organizational needs to support the overall CHM program
    • Working with other CHM team members to establish project priority

    Requirments

    • B.S. in Engineering
    • 5+ years’ technical experience in the oil and gas industry
    • 3+ years’ project management experience
    • Ability to influence without authority
    • Strong communication skills
