The company began in the educational and academic publishing world developing solutions for complex content production and content management. Having successfully built out a full content-lifecycle SaaS platform and processing engines for content transformation, the company expanded its markets through solutions in both verticals and horizontal segments.

     

    What we’re looking for:

    codeMantra is looking to recruit a hands-on sales leader who can participate actively in business development while building a team to expand our go-to-market presence. The position reports to the CEO and would be an active member of the senior management team.

    Ideally the applicant with have a track record of performance as a senior sales executive with strong customer relationship skills and the ability to build and lead a highly qualified sales team as the company grows. The applicant will also participate in helping shape product and market requirements, and the materials to support the go-to-market strategy.

     

    codeMantra has transitioned from a service provider to a technology enabled solution provider and is now transforming into a SaaS platform company. This position is an integral part of this next phase of the company’s development.

     

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Direct sales to end-use customers and potential technology/channel partners for the company’s SaaS platform solutions and content services offerings
    • Build a long term, winning, scalable sales model for the company
    • Management of sales staff to insure business goals are met
    • Development and oversight of sales support programs
    • Forecasting and reporting sales results
    • Participant as a senior management team member

    What you’ll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Travel anywhere from 30-40% primarily US based
    • Successful track record selling technology and platform solutions
    • Sales process development experience
    • Organizational skills to manage and support sales staff across all segments
    • The ability to create and deliver winning sales propositions and customer presentations across all solution sets
    • Work interactively with product development and product management teams
    • Solid proposal writing capability
    • Strong staffing skills
    • Excellent presentation skills at the customer, C-level and Board level
