Position: Lead Technician
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Description Summary
The Lead Technician is responsible for various installation activities including, but not limited to: pre-wire on new and retrofit construction, installation of audio, video, security and automation systems, setup of computer networks and computer systems, universal and touch panel remote control programming, pick up of supplies and materials and other duties. The Lead Technician will be on a job site with and without direct supervision. The Lead Technician should have a demonstrated expertise with one or more systems: Phone, Computer, Audio/Video, Lighting Control, Security systems, or Home Automation Control systems.
The Lead Technician reports to the Project Manager and may be supervised by a Foreman on a job site.

Education and Experience
Four-year college degree preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial Audio Video integration. Proficient with desktop computer software such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Visio.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, deal with several abstract and concrete variables and apply previous experience to solve problems.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
Valid Colorado Driver's License
CTS Certification or CEDIA Level 1 preferred
