    What We’re Looking For:

    The Director of Accounting will oversee and run the accounting department, supervise the accounting staff while ensuring all functions and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently, analyze the organization’s finances, and make recommendations and forecasts for top management to review.


    What You’ll Be Doing At A Glance:

    • Guide the company toward profitability and long-term success.
    • Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel, including management accountants, internal auditors, etc.
    • Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
    • Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
    • Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
    • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
    • Oversee the company’s finance IT system.
    • Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.


    What You Need to Succeed:

    • 5+ year(s) of accounting experience.
    • Broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Project Management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
    • Supervisory experience and leadership skills.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software, such as Oracle or SAP.
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
    • CPA preferred.
