    Day to day

     

    Provide tactical supply chain support including sourcing, expediting, purchasing, and post order management of goods and services in compliance with company policies and procedures.  Review and report various metrics to internal and external customers and suppliers. Provide customer service including order status and purchasing solutions to internal customers. Manage supplier performance to business requirements.

     

    What you will be responsible for

    • Facilitate the purchase of goods and services
      • Source selection and bid activity
      • Order entry
      • Order Management to contracts
      • Facilitate change orders
    • Post order management
      • PO Acknowledgements
      • Expediting
      • Shipping notifications
    • Review historical expenditure data to develop and execute appropriate supply chain strategies and forecasts in conjunction with Strategic Sourcing efforts
    • Manage supplier relationships, including quality and/or service issues, rationalization, compliance with Company requirements through Purchase Order consistency and cost improvement opportunities
    • Review supply chain metrics with customers
    • Attend and actively participate in various meetings in support of Supply Chain and Business Unit
    • Manages and resolve purchasing issues

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Requirements

    • Associates degree and two (2) years of supply chain or direct related experience or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or related field
    • Possess a valid driver's license and able to travel to various work locations
    • Basic knowledge of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office Products and ERP systems
    • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiations skills
    • Knowledge of oil and gas industry good and services
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Motivated, disciplined, and inquisitive individual with a strong desire to succeed, learn, and driver positive change
