    Blue Heron is currently seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Manager who will excel at serving as both a client and project champion.  The Senior Architectural Project Manager will be involved in all phases of the project, from working with the client on high-end concept development, preparation and management of construction documents as well as all entitlement and building permitting through construction.





    Senior Architectural Project Manager Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Working directly with clients to foster and heighten the Blue Heron client experience.
      • Overseeing the preparation of all design documents including of project plans, 3D renderings, and animations for client homes.
      • Guiding the direction, design, oversite, and coordination of project design team members and construction efforts
    • Coordinating outside engineering consultants and subcontractors
    • Producing and coordinating the complete sets of construction documents
    • Administrating the construction progress, including establishing and maintaining budgets
    • Permitting and construction administration duties, including that all RFI's and Change Orders ensure quality construction and adherence with design documents.



    Senior Architectural Project Manager Requirements:

    • Progressive experience in custom residential design
    • Progressive experience designing site and floor plans and elevations
    • Experience working with clients on proposals, budgets, design concepts, material selections and construction coordination throughout the entire project
    • Experience with SketchUp 3D modeling software preferred
    • Experience using AutoCAD Release 12 or new required
    • Experience using Revit Release 12 or newer highly preferred
    • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to innovate around obstacles and creatively conquer challenges
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as an extension of a team
    • Possess a passion to create unique and lasting designs and construction quality!
