A nationally-recognized Image Consultant in Denver is looking for an Executive Assistant to help fuel the growth of her company. Her ideal candidate will be resourceful, responsible, high energy, service oriented and can juggle many projects at once. If you have a passion for being the glue that holds everything together during explosive growth and are fulfilled being someone's right arm person, this opportunity is for you. Assisting in wardrobe audits

Client scheduling and follow up

Candidate must be great with numbers

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.


Various administrative & clerical tasks

Assisting owner in day-to-day interactions and requests


Our ideal candidate for an Executive Assistant must have a mature, strong work ethic that can tackle multiple projects and clients at once.

Must make a great first impression.

Our clients are very high end and expect great service and style that is a match for our brand.

Assistant must work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy constant change.

Must be very computer literate (MAC is required) and have superior written and verbal communication skills.

Must be creative.

Must have experience in all social media and building a following.

We are looking for someone that can work from 10-5 M-F with occasional evenings and weekends.
