United Kingdom Administrative Support


The UK Administrative Support role will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and team of Consultants as well as being able to add value/learn about Production Consulting. This person must have the initiative to get in front of problems and communicate effectively. Having production company or agency experience could give the candidate additional opportunities, but is not a requirement. The role will be varied as we are a team of Consultants typically working remotely/traveling, and therefore need someone to help co-ordinate and complete administrative and technical (IT) as well as creative tasks (Design/Layout/Written word editing).  In some cases, you will be the first point of contact internally and externally, therefore you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in a manner that is both professional and fun.


Essential Duties

The scope of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Liaison with APR Operations team regarding APR processes
  • Be point of contact for APR Europe’s building management
  • Manage calendars and scheduling by handling requests for MD’s time and sharing calendar ownership by answering questions or executing requests
  • Schedule weekly team meetings/book meeting rooms
  • Assist MD and team with travel research/booking


Human Resources

  • Assist the HR team to support recruitment in Europe
  • Support and assist with the new hire and onboarding process


Project Management

  • Assist various client teams with creation and design of PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist in managing RFP’s and new business opportunities.
  • Help manage Dropbox/Project folders – ensure templates are kept up to date
  • Manage project entry to Nexonia (Time Tracking/Expenses)
  • Ensure that the team is completing all database entries
  • Assist in vendor research and schedule capabilities presentations (sharing with the wider APR business as necessary)


Working Conditions

  • Ability to work at home or in APR office as directed
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Sitting approximately 90% of time and working at computer 90% of time
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time, stoop, reach, bend throughout the course of the work day
  • Ability to work on computers including repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse for long periods throughout the course of the work day
  • Ability to vary work day and location as needed, based on the needs of APR staff nationally, globally, and associated meetings
