    Job Title:  Executive Administrative Assistant     

    Location:  Remote

    We are looking for an Executive Administrative assistant to provide virtual support for an inspiring and successful professional speaker 10-25 hours per week. This dynamic speaker delivers influential presentations across the US, and is in need of a passionate, intelligent Executive Admin, preferably with experience in marketing, meeting planning, logistics, bookkeeping and a high attention to detail.


    This role will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining and up to date and accurate business calendar and schedule
    • Securing travel (air, car, lodging) based on identified preferences and requirements for proximity to presentation venue
    • Responding to all logistical and planning related communications
    • Creating and delivering accurate expense reports as required by clients
    • Monitoring and assist clients from inquiry through presentation
    • Responding in a timely, professional manner to all client inquiries related to professional products and services




    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • Superior written and verbal professional communication skills
    • Demonstrated success in supporting an executive or individual in business related matters
    • Self-motivated and passionate, with high level of independence
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in order to deliver on time, precise information and reporting
    • Strong relationship building skills
    • Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources in order to achieve goals
    • Marketing coordination, including meeting planning and logistics as well speaker booking experience ideal, but not required



    The position is part-time with competitive hourly 1099 compensation based on experience, along with the ability to work 100% remote.
