What We’re Looking For:


Our Leadership Trainees will be field data technicians, playing an integral role in our ability to deliver full service for voice data, audio visual, and security services. We’re not looking for any particular type of experience, since we’ll give you extensive training and set you up for success. What we do need from you is just strong drive and motivation. We’re looking for the best of the best who are ready to step up their game and to learn and grow with the company.



What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Installing fiber and copper cabling
  • Reading and interpreting floor plans
  • Terminating and dressing communications closets
  • Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving obstacles
  • Leading 1-3 technicians, as needed
  • Consistently striving to learn more, do more, and grow
  • This is what we expect you’ll be doing, but we are a rapidly growing, dynamic company, and the reality is that no two days will be the same and you’ll never be bored!


What You Need to Succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required (a college degree on top is awesome!)
  • Dedication, commitment, and self-motivation
  • Experience in construction, electrical work, or any skilled trades is helpful, but not necessary (don’t worry, we have great paid training!)
  • Must be willing & able to commit to occasional travel
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
