    Job Title:  Commercial Flooring Sales Executive              

    Reports To:  President

    About the Opportunity

    The role

    Floorz Sales Executives are responsible for uncovering opportunities for new sales by calling on a variety of general contractors and corporate clients. The Sales Executive will be someone who desires not only obtaining new business but following a lead through a complex sale, securing a client and managing the implementation of their purchase. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for developing on-going business with current clients and identifying and pursuing “up-sell” opportunities. 

     

    Responsibilities Include

    • Drive new account penetration:  cold calling, qualification, sales strategy, resource utilization, account acquisition and maintenance of obtained accounts.
    • Consultative sales with ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
    • Coordinate and respond to large complex solutions, bids and RFPs.
    • Manage a variety of relationships, including those at the ‘C’ level.
    • Follow a usable CRM database for group meeting history and lead generation.

    Qualifications

    • Must have 5+ years Commercial flooring sales experience
    • CRM experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
