Our focus is on being the most cost-effective and efficient source of products and materials management solutions to all entities that are involved in building and maintaining communication and similar type networks.



You'll be joining a fun, dynamic team of sales reps who are spread across the United States. Your customers are phone companies, cable operators, and municipalities. This position will come with assigned customers, however we are looking for someone with a hunter mentality to continually grow business within those accounts. 



Key Responsibilities

  • To increase the partnership and financial profitability of Power & Tel by pro-actively selling products and services within existing and new customers in the telecommunications market
  • Meets and exceeds sales and margin goals for assigned territories/markets
  • Stays within expense budget and turns in reports timely
  • Interfaces regularly with AMs and management in developing sales strategies and target accounts
  • Interfaces regularly with vendors to maximize our relationship and their support
  • Active solicitation of potential customers found largely through individual efforts, from existing client leads in partnership with other District Sales Reps, and/or provided through lead generation efforts.
  • Participates in trade shows/conventions, product promotions, training classes, and participates actively in local/national Wireless associations
  • Development of strong vendor relations



This position is located remotely in Wisconsin/Minnesota


Experience Required

The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years previous Account Management, Sales, Vendor Management and/or Channel Sales experience and expertise in the telecommunications industry.

Minimum Educational Requirements This position requires a High School Diploma or its equivalent. A degree in Business Management or Marketing is preferred, but not required given skill set and experience.
