    Overview:

    The Electrical Engineer will be the central, technical expert around DCP’s instrumentation and electrical equipment reliability program with a focus on establishing a preventive and predictive program integrated with the existing rotating and fixed equipment maintenance program, monitoring and advising on regulatory required work, assisting with field troubleshooting, failure investigations, and bad actor analysis.

     

    What you'll be doing:

    • Champion reliability program development and implementation for instrument and electrical equipment
    • Analyze available data to identify trends and systemic bad actors affecting asset performance
    • Develop, train and improve procedures, processes, and other necessary work tools for reliability and maintenance activities
    • Perform asset maintenance set up and assessments to review the quality of work performed, documentation, and compliance to policies and procedures
    • Support equipment troubleshooting
    • Act as the SME for critical instrument and electrical equipment, PM, and spare part identification processes
    • Lead and/or participate in root cause failure analysis and the completion of identified action items
    • Support reliability efforts through training, coaching and mentoring

     

    What you need:

    • Electrical Engineering Degree or advanced knowledge of I&E devices, equipment, and maintenance programs
    • Experience in a related position
