POSITION SUMMARY

DI is seeking a Sales Executive to cultivate opportunities with new clients, and  to promote their extensive offering of technical training courses. This individual will contact and consult executives in organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. They must have strong communication skills, and be an innovative thinker with a passion for technology.

  

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES 

  • Reach monthly sales goals by networking and building strong relationships with both current and new clients.
  • Make roughly 50 outgoing calls daily
  • Prospect for new customers and develop relationships
  • Send proposals and marketing materials to potential customers
  • Manage accounts and their customer service needs
  • Call on aged accounts to reengage clients
  • Carry quarterly quota in order to reach annual goals

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 or more years previous consultative and solution based sales experience
  • Experience selling to c-level executives.
  • Must be comfortable cold calling
  • Master in the art of listening
  • Extraordinarily articulate and comfortable leveraging powers of persuasion on the phone
  • Non-aggressive yet persuasive and results-focused
  • Comfortable building strong relationships with a broad range of small to large businesses
  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated
  • Computer literacy / familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM required
  • Self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency
  • Must be comfortable with and embrace team-selling approach
  • Must demonstrate excellent questioning/probing skills
