Through AlpsControls.com, they invented the easiest way for building automation and control contractors to buy HVAC parts and peripherals online.


They are looking to expand their eParts footprint into the Midwest and are seeking a business partner to cover the territory of Metro Chicago. You’ll generate sales of build and operate eCommerce sites allowing registered users to procure over 140 million SKU’s of building automation controls parts and peripherals from over 120 of the industries’ leading brands.


Our Ideal Partner

The partner can be either an individual person or a small company/existing partnership such as a firm of HVAC manufacturer’s reps*. eParts Services, LLC will build and operate the site including providing 100% the working capital required.


*subject to there being no conflict of interest and the rep firm being able to dedicate minimally 1 full-time employee to generating sales on the site.



Working from home or the Contractor’s own office located in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, the partner will be measured on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and customer loyalty. In running this business venture as your own, you’ll be responsible for 100% of your operating expense such as office facilities, communications, travel and expenses, etc.



You’ll be paid a sales commission on 100% of the sales processed through site. The commission will be an agreed percentage of the gross sales margin dollars generated and will be paid within 7 calendar days of payment being received from the site’s end customers. Commission draws or prepayments will not be available.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proven 5+ year track record in successfully selling building controls parts and peripherals to mechanical or building controls contractors and/or end users within the Chicago Metropolitan Area.
  • Market knowledge and contacts with immediate purchasing power
  • Heavy HVAC Parts Sales Experience, preferably to end users in the following vertical markets:
    • Higher Ed, K-12, Healthcare, Property Management, Government
  • Money motivated and competitive
