Who We Are:

Accent Branding Solutions was founded in 1986 as Accent Computer & Business Supplies, and we’ve come a long way over the past 30+ years! We’ve evolved to meet our customers’ needs, and now specialize in branded print and promotional products (think: schwag, tchotchkes, giveaways, etc.). We pride ourselves on our personalized approach – anyone can provide a catalogue, but we work closely with our clients to truly understand their needs and conduct custom searches to present product ideas that will wow them.


We’ve embraced technology to provide leading-edge solutions to our clients, and in addition to promotional products, we offer full-service online company stores. From store design, to product sourcing, to inventory warehousing and fulfillment management, we handle it all on behalf of our clients.


What We’re Looking For:

Our Director of Client Services is a key member of our small team, reporting directly to the President. The Client Services Director is responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, assisting with new business opportunities within new and existing accounts, and evaluating client needs on an ongoing basis and expediting solutions.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a team of Account Managers responsible for both transactional and relationship-based sales
  • Staff, train, evaluate performance, and provide guidance to Account Management team
  • Evaluate process and workflow and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Ensure quality and value in the performance of the Account Management team by providing ongoing training, education, and mentoring
  • Collaborate closely with Accent’s President to understand the strategic direction of the company and direct the sales and account management functions of the business to meet organizational goals
  • Manage select key customer accounts as an individual contributor
  • Support strategic business development within new and existing accounts
  • Manage and monitor evolving client needs and satisfaction, and recommend appropriate strategies to enhance competitive position and increase revenues, including meeting with key clients when necessary
  • We anticipate that this is what you’ll be spending your time on, though we are a dynamic and growing business, so the reality is that no two days will be the same and you’ll never be bored!

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 4-6 years of leadership experience supporting sales and/or client relationship management teams, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience interfacing regularly with customers and providing problem resolution
  • Must have extremely high attention to detail
