PCS Residential is looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster, with specialty in Property & Casualty, hail and wind. The right candidate loves a challenge, thrives on change, and is process oriented, consultative, and trustworthy. This role will work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that provides feedback for success, and welcomes the same to increase workflow efficiency and continued profitability.


We look for you to bring your knowledge and experience of claims, ability to build rapport, and the desire to be, and work with, the best in the industry!


What Exactly Will You Be Doing? Good Question:

We’ll expect you to be able to:

  • Meet with customers to evaluate claim loss and mitigation
  • Establish and maintain rapport to guide customers through the claims process
  • Manage a flexible and sometimes demanding schedule based on storm response and client needs; manage internal processes and paperwork
  • Work 50/50 in the field and office as needed
  • Live and breathe the company’s core values, including Integrity, Ingenuity, & Service

 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of and at least 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty claims, with a focus on adjusting Hail and Wind damage
  • Demonstrated ability to build confidence and rapport with homeowners
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude along with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation, discipline, problem solving, continuous improvement and decision making processes to achieve results
  • Excellent organization and computer skills
