PCS Residential is looking for an experienced Window Sales representative who loves a challenge, thrives on change, and is confident, consultative, trustworthy and persuasive. This role will work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that provides feedback for success, and welcomes the same to increase workflow efficiency and continued profitability.

 

We look for you to bring your sales drive, ability to build rapport, and the desire to be the best sales representative in the industry!

 

What Exactly Will You Be Doing? Good Question:

We’ll expect you to be able to:

  • Meet with customers to evaluate, recommend, and sell the appropriate products and solutions for their needs
  • Establish and maintain rapport to guide customers through the sales process, and facilitate contract signing
  • Assist homeowners in materials selection
  • Manage a flexible and sometimes demanding schedule – split time between meeting with appointments in the field as well as showroom and office/home office in order to meet customer needs as well as manage internal processes and paperwork
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and tracking using CRM
  • Live and breathe the company’s core values, including Integrity, Ingenuity, & Service

 What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Strong knowledge of and at least 2 years of successful experience selling top brands in Windows such as Pella or Anderson.
  • Demonstrated ability to build confidence and rapport with homeowners; strong positive salesmanship
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude along with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation, discipline, problem solving, continuous improvement and decision making processes to achieve results
  • Excellent organization and computer skills, including experience leveraging CRM tools
