THE OPPORTUNITY

WayPoint Systems  uses an ecommerce platform designed and built with the building controls parts buyer in mind. We are looking for a strong sales professional who is ready to take on the challenge of continuing to grow this ecommerce revenue stream for the Atlanta Metro territory. The online platform represents 130 leading manufactures of building automation/HVAC parts and covers over 140 million SKUs.

 

WayPoint is looking for a sales rep to visit local commercial, institutional, and industrial building operators and facilities managers to encourage them toward purchasing their parts on-line. This is an exciting venture, as customers are drawn to the expedited service and incredibly competitive pricing!

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Key deliverables are new customer acquisition, revenue generation and customer loyalty.  The successful candidate will establish and build upon relationships with building controls parts buyers, to create a substantial and thriving online business to continually increase market share in the Atlanta Metro territory.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop the account targeting and engagement strategy.
  • Plan, schedule and conduct high quality, revenue generating face-to-face and telephone sales calls every day of the working week.
  • Further develop existing customer relationships in a productive and mutually beneficial manner.
  • Consistently maintain account and customer contact and record follow up details in the ecommerce platforms built in CRM tool.
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to customers’ real-time needs.
  • Interact with colleagues to resolve customer issues.

  • An accomplished HVAC salesperson that is fearless and truly passionate about selling and delivering world-class customer service.
  • Must be able to show a proven track record of generating successful sales.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

 Additional requirements include:

  • Willing to spend between 50-90% of your time out in the field selling.
  • Highly adept at securing appointments with prospects.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and pro-actively resolve problems.
  • Always positive and enthusiastic. Constantly seeking to grow and be challenged.
  • Able to adapt to frequent change.
  • Excels at working without a rigid structure by creating your own success.
  • A desire to make work fun!

COMPENSATION

 

In addition to a base salary, WayPoint Systems is offering a very lucrative result based commission plan. Employees are eligible for 100% employee only healthcare coverage, family healthcare plans, paid time off (PTO), etc.
