The Director of Sales, as part of the Executive Leadership team reporting directly to the President, is responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining a high performing sales team, and growing and developing executive relationships in order to build awareness and potential opportunities. This professional will manage, influence and coach a team of 3-6 professional sales reps and work with an extensive reseller channels to meet and exceed company goals for revenue growth and market share expansion across the United States. They will also possess the ability to operate both as a member of an executive leadership team helping to steer the strategic direction for the company, while also being a full-cycle sales person from lead to closure of a sale.
