    Wold has a tremendous opportunity for a Design Architect, with a focus in Senior Environments, in our St. Paul office. Our mission is to create inspired environments that celebrate life. We are a full service planning, architecture, engineering and interior design firm looking for the right Designer to join our growing team.

    About the Position


    Our ideal candidate would have 5-10 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for environments for aging, with the ability to conceive, design and implement projects.


    The candidate should be motivated by engaging stakeholders in a collaborative design process, developing meaningful long term relationships and the creation of care facilities that are impactful to the communities they serve.

    The successful candidate will be required to both lead the design process in our office, as well as participate in and facilitate client meetings and presentations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients are essential.



    • 5-10 years of experience
    • Previous experience in senior living or healthcare industries is required
    • Experience in interior design or wood construction a plus
    • Excellent design and graphic abilities
    • Candidate seeks innovative solutions
    • Strong leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Ability to train and mentor staff
    • Professional degree in Architecture, licensed or on the path to licensure
    • Proficient in Revit
    • Ability to travel in and out of state
