Position Summary

The Sales Specialist will drive sales into new and existing accounts within a geographic territory by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships. The Sales Specialist will maintain existing accounts, as well as work with warm leads and prospect for new business. This individual will be responsible for developing and driving a territory strategy to win opportunities. The Sales Specialist has an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a take-charge style, and a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain a sales pipeline
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas
  • Track sales activity in Salesforce
  • Regularly engage with existing customers to understand the customer’s business needs and drive additional business for Advanced Assembly solutions
  • Work with appropriate internal departments to drive customers from initial interest to close, and to set up orders for success
  • Develop and maintain a technical knowledge circuit board assembly as needed to support customers


  • Successful sales experience (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint preferred
  • 4 year degree preferred


This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, in addition to a robust benefits package.
